Anne, and Reynolds and the Seine-Rat River Conservation District have established a water retention area near Richer in the Salmon Lake area.   This includes maintenance of Forestry Roads 13 & 13A. Manitoba Water Stewardship partnered in the initial development of the site in 2005 & 2006.
